Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Our Services are designed for institutional investors, asset managers, and serious collectors who require professional-grade NFT market surveillance and risk management capabilities.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Eligibility

  • All software, algorithms, and proprietary methods remain our exclusive property
  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation
  • Our data aggregation and analysis methodologies are proprietary and confidential

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

Data and Analytics

Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees

Access to our Services requires payment of subscription fees as specified in your chosen service plan. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your payment information
  • Pay all applicable taxes related to your use of our Services
  • Accept responsibility for all charges incurred under your account

Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

  • Investment losses or financial damages

  • Third-party claims or actions
  • System failures or technical issues

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
